Promotional and marketing SMS consent is collected through a second, distinct, unchecked, and optional checkbox. A user may separately choose to receive occasional promotional or marketing messages about Highest Degree Priorities services, offers, and business solutions. Promotional/marketing consent is not required to receive informational or service-related messages and is not a condition of purchase.

We retain information about the source of the opt-in, the applicable consent scope selected by the user, and the consent disclosure presented at the time of submission to support our messaging compliance records.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent
